Making a Purchase is Easy

We accept all major debit and credit cards and you are able to make payment via PayPal.
We are a UK based company and therefore all payments are made in Pounds Sterling.
Your card issuer may see your payment as an international transaction and may charge an additional fee. For further details on this please contact your card issuer directly.
Credit card payments made directly through the website are processed by Stripe. Credit card payments made through PayPal are processed by PayPal.
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information, without your consent, to a third party.
UK & Republic of Ireland Delivery
We use DPD for deliveries within the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Shipping within the UK and Republic of Ireland is free however please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
We use FED EX and DHL for all our international deliveries.
We charge an additional £20 on international deliveries as we use an express service.
Please allow 2- 5 working days for delivery. This will vary depending on where the order is being shipped to.
We will provide you with a tracking number supplied by the courier company once we have booked them. This will enable you to track and trace the parcel. Furthermore an update will be provided by the courier company via e-mail or mobile.
We will ensure that you receive your items soon as possible.
Customs and Import Costs:
For international orders you will need to pay any duties and taxes for that country. An invoice will be provided by the courier.
How much duty and taxes you pay are dependent upon your country of origin.
We will accept return requests made up to seven calendar days after the goods have been delivered, so long as the goods are in their original unworn condition and that they are returned to us with the original Meenu Graziani shoe box and dust bag. We may accept return requests made after seven calendar days at our discretion.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or do not include the original box and dust bag may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
A small fee will be charged for making a return. For returns within the UK the fee is £5.80.

You will need to pay for the returns to the UK.
Returning an Item Ordered From the UK or Republic of Ireland
If we accept your request to make a return, we will email you with a link to our returns page on the DPD website. DPD manage and operate our returns service. Please follow the link in the email and complete the form on the DPD website. You will need your Meenu Graziani Order Number to complete the form. You will also need to make a small payment to cover the cost of making the return. The return fee for UK deliveries is £5.80.
When the form is complete and payment made, DPD will email you with a label that you must print out and stick to the front of the package to be returned. Once this is done, you can then take the package to a DPD drop off point for return to us. There are many drop off points in the UK and the DPD returns page allows you to search for one near you.
All returns must include the original Meenu Graziani shoe box and dust bag. Returns will only be accepted in original unworn condition. Worn or soiled items or items not returned using the original shoe box and dust bag may be returned to you without refund. Please try shoes on only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.
A refund will be made only when returned items have been received and processed. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed. It can take up to a further 5 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Products are “faulty” if they do not conform to the implied terms under the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979, which require that our products must correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality.
You have the right to ask for a repair, exchange, reduction in the price or a full or partial refund in accordance with United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979.
